The size and contrast of text on this app are greatly disappointing and make it difficult to use. Fix this and this app would be the best French app going.

This app is great to use when you want to hear current news and learn French vocabulary at the same time. Ive been using the free version but will probably buy the full version shortly.

Especially for intermediate/advanced French.

i liked the free version and so i bought this one but the videos never finish downloading... i can not watch any vidoe... i am pushing the triangle play button on the video screen but never finish downloading... could anybody help or please update the software...

This application is great. It improves all the skills without spending a lot of time. The application works offline if it has been downloaded once, so i usually use it when I queue or waiting for something.

Just great app for learning French. Just one disadvantage: the most difficult words from news reports are not included in French - English dictionary, whereas easy ones are listed there. Its strange.

This app is very useful for improving listening comprehension in French. Ive noticed major improvements over the past year that Ive had this app.

Great for intermediate to advanced learners. Offers audio, video and text for different learning styles, repetition to reinforce learning.

Much more challenging than before

There is one game which requires the user to place letters into spaces. No matter how many times I try the letter just wont go or and keeps flying back wrong. theres another game were you typing letters to fill in spaces in the word but the letters are arranged in landscape but the typewriter is in portrait so you cant properly type the letters into the spaces. it simply doesnt run right. There are other awkward features too. In the end is an frustrating way to learn a language because the newscast moves too fast for a beginner to follow; its impossible to keep up. A way to slow down the audio would help. A subtitles option would also help. Im disappointed because if it ran properly this would be a great app. I think this app just needs to be rethought and obvious errors corrected. Spending the $4.95 to get the full version would be a futile effort. Maybe the next version will fix these issues. A few days later I tried again to do the exercise requiring dragging the letters making up the spelling of a word in the proper order. It still does not work properly on my iPhone5.

Really like how the topics are current, and that the exercises reinforce to vocabulary in multiple ways. Pronunciation aspect is nice too. It would be great if there were more focus on French words that are not similar to their English counterparts; many of the words focused on one can easily guess the English definition.

I love this app I learn French faster and at my own pace then I did on school.... My teacher dismissed me from French class cause I could not pick it up like others but with this I can adapt to French very quickly. Add some more features to make it more interesting please.

I love the app but it stopped updating the videos - It got stuck somewhere in the middle of January. I removed it and re-installed. I got the new content, but they charged me again, another $4.99! Also I dont like that I cannot change the size of fonts in the text. The font is too small for me.
